Pricing and plans

It's free to try. Selling starts on Starter at R 99 a month; Pro is R 249 and Studio R 499 a month, billed in rands. Yearly billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10. Pixsa takes 0% commission on sales, and Payfast's standard transaction fees apply.

The first 25 photographers across Pro and Studio (one shared pool, not 25 each) get a lower launch rate that holds for as long as your subscription stays active. Your rate doesn't go up, even when prices rise for new users. If you cancel, the founder rate ends.

The Free plan holds 3 galleries in 2 GB. Starter, Pro and Studio all include unlimited galleries, with 15 GB, 100 GB and 500 GB of storage respectively. Storage is shared across your galleries, so a big shoot can use as much as it needs. Archived galleries still count toward your total, so delete old ones once clients have their photos.

Uploads pause until you upgrade your plan or delete photos to free space. Your existing galleries and photos stay online and keep selling. Archived galleries still count toward your storage.

Cancel in two clicks from your billing page, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the current billing cycle, then move to Free: you choose up to 3 galleries to keep within 2 GB, and the rest are permanently deleted after 7 days' notice to their clients. Payfast is unlinked so selling stops, and previews carry the Pixsa watermark again. The current cycle isn't refunded.
